He currently holds the position of Director, Administration and Support at Rapid Lodgements in Australia. Along with his expertise in administration and communication, he has extensive experience in Human Resource Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Budgeting, and Management Information Systems. He successfully established a comprehensive procurement system in a garment factory and developed an efficient sales administration process for a pharmaceutical company. Furthermore, he played a key role in planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems, as well as implementing process improvements at a prominent English-medium school in Bangladesh.
